Make check or money order to “Show Me Bears ”.  Payment MUST accompany ad copy.  If ad  is  E-mailed, payment must be received by October 15, 2009 for ad to be included in the program book.

 The Show Me Bears, HiBearNation and Furball are registered nonprofit organizations in the State of Missouri.  Any Use of these names or any logos associated with these organizations requires written permission from the incorporations.

All ad copy must be received by October 15, 2010 to guarantee inclusion in the program book.  Ads received after October 28, 2010 Will Not Be Included In The Run Book. They will be included in the registration packet as a flier.

 The Show Me Bears and HiBearNation reserves the right to refuse any ad, flier, or promotional item considered tasteless, profane or inflammatory towards any person, persons or organization.  Nudity is permissible but not overt displays of sexual activity of any kind.  Ads, fliers or any promotional items that promote any event other than official HiBearNation sanctioned activities will not be accepted if the event runs concurrently with HiBearNation.  Such activity is defined as but not limited to any drink special, cocktail party, meal, or bar event that seeks to attract HiBearNation attendees but has not been previously approved by the HiBearNation planning committee.  The Show Me Bears further reserves the right to edit any ad for content as needed to remain in accordance with the above conditions.
