Vendor Space

If you sell bear-related merchandise or offer a bear-related service, would you want to pass up an opportunity to market to 400 to 500 bears over one weekend?  Having a table at the HiBearNation vendor market is an excellent way to do exactly that kind of promotion.  The vendor market occurs November 13 & 14 at the host hotel, the Crowne Plaza Hotel Downtown St. Louis.  Each vendor space includes an 8’ x 3’ table and two chairs.  There is an additional fee if more tables are requested but space is limited and additional tables may not be available.  If your request for additional tables cannot be honored, you will be notified in advance.   Additional chairs, up to two per table, are available at no additional cost.  While electrical hookups are limited and assigned on a first request basis, we try to accommodate everyone requesting them.  Please note that purchasing vendor space does not include a run package.  If you wish to attend other HiBearNation events you will need to purchase a run package.

Merchandise for or tickets to or any other item that promotes any event other than an official HiBearNation activity will not be allowed if the event runs concurrently with HiBearNation.  The Show Me Bears reserves the right to refuse vendor space to any person or organization if any merchandise, ad, flier or promotional item is considered tasteless, profane or inflammatory towards any person, persons or organization.  No refund will be issued for any fees paid.

Requests for vendor space must be received before 10-31-10.  Requests for space with ad in run book must be received before 10-15-10 for ad to be in the HiBearNation ’10 program book.
